About Lesson
One of the differentiators of a successful and robust Continuous Improvement program and deployment is the emphasis and the link between the changes that the individual, team, or organization are trying to implement and the link between those changes and their respective processes. Because of that, it is important to clarify and expand on certain definitions associated with processes. - Examples:
- Key Reflection Questions (included in participant guide):
- Now that you have a better understanding of what a process is, Name some of the processes you are currently dealing with at work and in your personal life?
- What is the link between those processes and the goals you, your teams, and/or others have set to achieve this year?
- When you think about each of the process steps, are you clear about who is responsible to perform each of the steps?
- Would it be helpful for you and other staff to document the process steps? Why?
