This has been only my third week at World Vision International and I'm returning from my first "business" trip. What I thought would be a passive participation, of a simple spectator, turned out to be a more active participation of a "teacher" and facilitator. In an extremely diverse environment but united in the Faith of Christ, staff from Africa, USA and Latin America met to try to improve processes that will help the organization become more efficient. I learned that the complexity of the processes, people, etc., is extremely high. However, I feel satisfied thinking that directly or indirectly this work will help the children and communities we serve (the most vulnerable).
