BBetter is an organization that gathers and shares the experience, lessons learned and passion of  various subject matter experts that have served for more than 15 years in the areas of Strategy, Continuous Improvement/Innovation and Leadership/Organizational Development to help individuals, teams and/or organizations to achieve their Highly Important Goals

Throughout many years of practical experience, we have helped countless individuals and teams around the world in the application of specific tools, principles and methodologies to develop a strong strategy and then to help them achieve their Highly Important Goals. They do that through better alignment, collaboration and teamwork.

Asia, Europe, Africa and America, have helped us to witness how groups from different functions, backgrounds and education levels, apply and embrace the principles, methodologies, tools and techniques that we teach to deliver better results and to increase their competitive advantage. 

The knowledge that we have and share, has been applied in different industries, contexts and cultures, to resolve challenges and to capitalize on improvement opportunities. The areas that have benefited from the application of these resources range from Engineering, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Grants, Supply Chain, etc., for both For-Profit and Non-Profit organizations.

We are very passionate about Strategy, Continuous Improvement/Innovation and Leadership/Organizational Development. We are convinced that these are 3 important pillars that can help to radically transform any individual, team or organization.

Every subject matter expert in these areas brings different perspectives and lessons learned that could benefit you and your organization.​ We are extremely passionate about sharing and coaching others on the lessons and mistakes that we have made over the years. We have seen many individuals, teams and organizations, failing to try to deploy these types of initiatives due to a lack of opportune and experienced guidance and coaching. On the other hand,  we have witnessed how fast and effective organizations could move when they have somebody that could guide them along with their journey.

  • Teamwork is the only way to achieve superior results. All organizations operate through vertical functions that naturally create silos. Teamwork is the antidote to a silo mentality. We must be able to partner and collaborate to achieve common goals, that  will ultimately help the organization win
